Delivery Info

We offer next day delivery as standard if ordered before 12pm Monday - Thursday.

If ordered after 12pm delivery will be an estimated two working days. 

If you do not require next day delivery you can specify a delivery date to suite you Tuesday to Friday. Saturday is also available for an additional charge. If this is of interest to you please contact 01283 586992 and we will aim to help you. 

We offer free delivery on orders over £75. 

Delivery charges start from £5.99 via APC couriers. 

Please ensure that if you are not going to be in for delivery that clear instructions for a 'safe place' are left for the courier. 

We offer a FREE collection service from Red Rose Foods Ltd, Hay Lane, Foston, Derbyshire. DE65 5PJ

 

Please note that we only deliver to mainland UK. 

Our couriers will require a signature in order to release the goods unless a 'safe place' has been stated by you or a request made to 'leave it with a neighbour' please make sure that this is stated in the payment process as repeat delivery will be charged. 

As we are a small business selling perishable goods we regret that we cannot cancel an order. 

Do not consume the goods if you have any doubts of whether the product is fit for consumption. Please contact us immediately without attempting to consume the product. 

It is your responsibility to be available for delivery on the day specified.

If you are not available to receive your order, we cannot be responsible for goods left with neighbours or in a storage place accessible to others. 

Should there not be anybody there to receive the goods the courier will leave the goods in a  suitable place, as if they are returned to depot and delivered the next day the products will not be as fresh as they should be and charges will incur. 

You have the option to give us specific 'leave in a safe place' or 'leave with neighbour' instructions at checkout. The courier will then leave it in the specified location. 

The location should be out of direct contact with the sun. For instance in or behind garage etc. 

It is your responsibility to check the agreed location and put the products in a fridge or freezer as soon as possible. 

If delivery is not attempted or you have not received the slip through the door by on the day of expected delivery please contact us in case it is in a safe place and the delivery slip has gone missing. 

It is absolutely safe to send meat via courier. We take great care to ensure our goods reach you in pristine condition. Rigorous testing has been undertaken to ensure this.

Once the meat leaves our premises it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure delivery can be made. We reserve the right to refuse refunds based on none delivery due to the homeowner being unreachable. We inspect all requests for returns on an individual basis.
