Perfect for anybody looking to increase protein intake in their diet. 

These pancakes can be used as a protein breakfast for a slow energy release through the morning or 1/2 serving (30g) as a healthy high Protein snack to keep you fuller for longer. They are also ideal for after a workout the your body needs protein to recover and protect muscles. 

Direct Nutrition Protein pancakes taste delicious on their own, but why not add your favourite toppings. We can highly recommend them with freshly squeezed orange and lemon juice and a sprinkling of sugar. They also taste great with peanut butter, jam or chocolate spread, as well as with fruits like bananas and all berries.

Slow and fast release Protein Blend (Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk, Soy), Milk Protein Concentrate (Milk), Egg Albumen (Egg)), Micellar Casein (Milk), Wheat Flour (Gluten), Maltodextrin, Flaxseed Powder, Oat Fibre (Gluten), Sodium Bicarbonate, Flavouring, Natural Colour (Beta Carotene), Sodium Chloride, Artificial Sweetener (Sucralose), Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Vitamin E.



Mix 60g (two level scoops) with 150ml of water in shaker. Heat the pan and add a small amount of butter.  Add ½ of the pancake batter and cook over a medium heat. Then repeat for the other half. 60g makes two Pancakes.
